This Year's Project:

CWI is a disability provider devoted to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, chronic mental illness and brain injuries to reach their full potential at home, at work and in their communities. We do this by providing opportunities in three programs- Independent Residential living, Supported Employment and our LINKS dayhab.

  • Fresh Start Fund

    The Fresh Start Fund was established in 2016 providing financial assistance to program clients in need of support for the purchase of basic needs as they enter our services. New clients receiving services from Crossroads are eligible. New clients recently enrolled in the Supported & Community Living program who are in need of bedroom furniture as they move into a Crossroads residential house. This may include any of the following items: • Complete Bedroom Set (includes a mattress/box spring/frame, dresser and nightstand) • Dresser and/or a night stand • Bedding and bath towels New or existing clients enrolled in the Employment Services program in need of the following items: • Work Uniform (maximum of three work uniforms or work outfits + two pairs of shoes) • Transportation Fees (includes bus tickets for first two weeks of starting new job)
