About Our Organization
In the last eigth years the Miracle Riders have raised over $325,000 benefiting UnityPoint Health - St. Luke’s Children’s Miracle Network to help make a difference in the lives of Siouxland Children.
We were back on the road again on our most ambitious Ride yet…Alaska! This year’s trip was July 27th thru August 10th.
As always, the Siouxland Miracle Riders will cover all of their own trip expenses (Gas, Food, Lodging, Etc.) so all the proceeds from donations and sponsorships go to help the kids.

Ride to Alaska!
In July, the Miracle Riders embarked on our longest and most challenging journey yet, as we checked state #49 off our list….ALASKA! This year’s adventure covered over 6,000 miles and took 15 days, from Saturday, July 27th thru Saturday, August 10th. Our route took us north into some of the most beautiful, yet difficult terrains and roads. We traveled up through the Canadian Rockies into famous areas such as Banff, and north into the Yukon Territory, before crossing back over into America as we headed to our destination of Skagway, Alaska. Our return trip was more westerly through Canada, and had us coming back down through Vancouver, British Columbia, before we turned ourselves back east through Washington, Idaho, Montana, and South Dakota.
We worked with Children’s Miracle Network to identify that crucial piece of equipment they most needed to help our Siouxland Children fight their battle with illness.

Project Details
The 2022 Ride for Miracles departed from Sioux City on Monday, July 18th and returned on Friday July 29th. The Siouxland Miracle Riders visited the north west, hitting some of United State's most scenic parks and views! The Riders also hit parks like Yellowstone and Glacier National Park, as well as riding down the northern portion of the Pacific Coast Highway. We are still just short of our $51,000 goal - our largest annual goal ever! We are seeking assistance in reaching our goal so we can finish our promise to the babies and their families who need this equipment.
